Gina Dunn serves as Cybersecurity Chief Experience Officer at Concierge Cyber®, where she focuses on ensuring organizations receive practical, real-world guidance before, during, and after cyber incidents. In this role, she oversees the client experience across Concierge Cyber’s proactive cybersecurity services, including email security authentication assessments, incident response preparation, and access to the company’s risk management portal, My-CERT®. Her work helps organizations establish a defensible cybersecurity baseline while reducing exposure to cyberattacks.
As Cybersecurity Chief Experience Officer, Dunn also plays a critical role in aligning cybersecurity preparedness and recovery strategies. She works closely with brokers, insureds, and incident response partners to help organizations navigate complex cyber events. By integrating cybersecurity risk management with claims advocacy and breach response coordination, she helps deliver Concierge Cyber’s core mission: providing organizations with a practical “Plan B” that complements cyber insurance and improves outcomes when cyber incidents occur.
